Internet Purchase Safe Exchange Area

The St. Louis Couty Sheriff’s Office and the Duluth Police Department are announcing a specifically marked parking area at the Public Safety Building for a safe space to exchange items between parties.

This “safe exchange” space can be utilized for meetings to buy and/or sell items. Parents may use this space to conduct child custody exchanges as well.  The area is under 24/7 video surveillance and is located within the front parking lot of the joint Public Safety Building (2030 N Arlington Ave).

The goal of the newly marked parking area is to be more visible for all who want to utilize this safe exchange space.
